NEXSYS-ONE was built and is supported by telecom deployment and managed services experts. Every aspect or complex process is captured within the platform. We have seen it all and have made complex processes simple. ADMIN-ONE is the admin tool that enables our customers to self-manage their product with remote support when needed. The admin tool enables the creation of projects, change the GUI, add fields, mass upload, set permissions, set business rules, define processes, manage access, create custom reports, schedule reports, create forms, create mobile views, forms and set notifications and alerts. Our modules seamlessly integrate with SITE-ONE to collect critical IoT data from cell sites and enable NOC and field technicians to process preventive and corrective maintenance tasks via our integrated OSS alarm handler, ensuring optimal site performance. Our platform also integrates with digital twin solutions to improve infrastructure visibility. VENDOR-ONE brings our Tower Customers and comprehensive Vendor Management solution whilst FIBER-ONE empowers Fiber deployment and Maintenance activities.
TOWER-ONE's Colocation & Tower sharing functionality allows to manage the reservations and onboarding process for tenants (i.e., network operators or equipment providers) to each tower site. It does this by orchestrating the entire workflow from tenant requests received through the “tenant portal” to the onboarding stage. The process primarily considers space availability, equipment parameters and infrastructure capacity to support the Colocation. The external requestor is kept updated on the request's progress via the secure tenant portal. The rollout of all implementations and sharing processes are tracked and reported on from within the module. The onboarded tenants can also benefit from NEXSYS-ONE’s inventory management system, ASSET-ONE to integrate and manage assets at the site and lease management for regulating the contracts and transactions of the tower sharing. The Tower Management functionality empowers users to visually see their assets at location, access Digital Twin views, Line of Site views, potential RF coverage plot views and all critical infrastructure data such as EPAs & Power availability to enable improved decision making when it comes to tower sharing.
