Training program & Advanced Master User Certification

Training is a strong part of our deployment program. With the overall objective to empower the customer to make the most of the platform, customer training sessions, typically spanning over 12 weeks with 1-2 hours of training per week, are provided.

Internally, we regularly train our own team to become Master Users and Advanced Master Users.

Objectives of the Training Program:

The overall training program is designed to comprehensively teach users about NEXSYS-ONE modules, their deployment, and how to utilize the NEXSYS-ONE platform effectively. The focus is on enabling users to provide support to business customers and partners.

At NEXSYS-ONE, training starts by addressing organizational goals, individual learning curve, and identifying performance gaps.

Training Methodology

Level 1 User Training (Advanced) Certified: This training course focuses on the administration tasks of maintaining the platform. The users will ultimately take on the responsibility of continuous training after the project has been marked as 100% complete. These users become Master Users who are consistently trained on new features and product changes.

Level 2 User Training Certified: This training course focuses on the usage from a customer perspective. The users learn a deeper understanding of the system modules and process responsibilities of all specific groups, reporting techniques, and notification understanding.

Level 3 User Training Certified: This training course focuses on the usage of the system for end users who will use the application for specific functionalities. It focuses more on mobile applications.

In addition, NEXSYS-ONE puts a strong focus on the Train-the-Train program: This program is designed to identify and upskill key persons from each department (within the customer’s organization) who are interested to build their demo / training skills and take up future trainings for the business/internal staff.
